~Terms of Use (TOU)~

Well as much as I hate to do it, I suppose there must be a few terms.
Please be sure to read them before you sign up,
I can't have anyone as a member that cannot follow Terms of Use,
They are for your protection as well as mine.
Once you enter the members area you are agreeing to these terms,
so you might want to know what your agreeing to. :O)

I reserve the right to Refuse or grant Membership to any Individual.
If I find you in Violation of my TOU,
Your membership will be revoked and no refund will be given.
You may not under any circumstance pass out your member name or password to anyone.
There is a tracker in the members area that logs IP address to the member info.
If I find you sharing member info,
Your membership will be Immediately Revoked and there will be no Refund. 
Once you have received your UN and Pw I do not give refunds.
 

The Tutorials
Your results are yours to do with as you wish as long as you
try to make it slightly different from the tutorial.
This can mean many things,
different shading, colors and things of this sort.
You may not make outlines from these tutorials.
Some of the tutorials were written by Shea from Shea's Creations,
but with her and Raven's blessings I have full copyright over them.
You may not pass around these tutorials anywhere.
You may however save them to your hard drive for your personal use.
You may sell the results in a premade, tag, webset, or anything of that nature,
just please make it a little different so you are not accused of stealing.
You may sell results in the form of a tube,
if you have have made them different colors/shades than my examples.
Provide a Link to http://thesilverraven.com on each page of tubes.
You Must Indicate "Tubing Permissions" on your membership page with your member logo
So you are not accused of stealing.

The Outlines
May not be shared with anyone as is.
Please if you want to share them,
you must color them in before passing them around.
Its kind of pointless for me to make up outlines for the member area
if someone is going to pass them around to non members.
You may not write tutorials from my outlines.
You may sell results in the form of a tube,
if you have made them different colors/shades than my examples.

So you are not accused of stealing.

The Tubes
in the members area are pretty well yours to do what you wish.
You may not add them to a collection or pass them out to others or sell them by themselves.
You may make whatever you like, using 2 or more different tubes and sell the end results.

You must have a link back to this site if you are a member and have a website.
If you use something of mine you should give credit where credit is due,
all link ware must be linked or you will be warned.
if after a warning, you still have not linked back
you will be required to remove the link ware and membership will be revoked.

Members Email/Website Notifications
You must notify me when you have set up your website.
You must also notify me of your ISP email address.
Free email addresses will not be accepted.
I need a proper method in which to contact you Immediately.

Now I am a reasonable person, I will not revoke right away,
I will allow time for you to fix a mistake so don't panic,
if I don't see a link I won't go nutz or anything..lol
I will however make periodic checks of websites,
to make sure a logo or link is somewhere on your site.

"FREE STUFF" TERMS OF USE:

Pornography, Racial or Abusive Websites,
DO NOT have permission to use my free content.

IF you do not have a family friendly site,
you will NOT BE ALLOWED to use my Free content.

YOU MAY NOT
Sell your finished products from my free tutorials, outlines or backgrounds.
Pass tubes around from your finished products with anyone.
YOU MAY
Share your finished product with anyone you desire,
by making Sigtags, websets, or free adoptions for them.
Tell your friends/family about this site,
so they may have the opportunity to enjoy it.
YOU MUST
Post a text link to my site on your website or credits page.
ALWAYS
Give credit to me when using my free content.

I reserve the right to change these terms as I see fit,
